1.  Complete our Wedding Quote Builder Form:  We understand most of our clients initially prefer to gather basic information online, so we have provided a special online questionairre that will help us provide you with an accurate quote, but because we offer a wide range of menus, services and prices; we ask that you please make yourself available to speak with our Catering Coordinator so we can best assist you with your reception needs.  Once we recieve your online request, we will contact you both by email and by phone. 

2.     Save the Date: Similar to the early reservations needed to get the reception site you want, it is important that you put a hold on your wedding date with us. We will guarantee your wedding date on our schedule while you proceed through the decision process for your catering. This is a courtesy reservation until you can finalize your menu or attend a tasting.

3.     Attend a Tasting: Join us for a wonderful evening of drinks, appetizers and a dinner buffet featuring many of our popular menu items.  The fee is $15 per person, up to four guests including yourself.  This fee will be credited to your event upon booking.  See the tasting schedule below, choose your preferred date and Make your Reservation soon, as space is limited.

4.     Contract Your Event: When you have 1) chosen your menu 2) approved a quote and 3) selected Fat Freddy’s as your caterer, it is then time to contract your event. Your quote will be converted to an invoice that will include your final count due date and payment schedule. The fee you paid for the tasting will also be credited to your order at that time.  It is imperative that you contract your event shortly after your tasting. We will not release your courtesy reservation without contacting you first.
