MENU INFORMATION The following menus represent
a collection of popular and updated menu items suggested by our chefs. Feel free to also ask us about a custom menu
for your next function.
MINIMUMS Menus are priced per person based on a
minimum order amount or guest count. Guest count requirements vary by menu. A per person surcharge is applied for parties
under the guest count. Please refer to each menu for specific terms.
DROP OFF SERVICE Set up as a self-serve buffet
in disposable containers with disposable serving utensils. Sales tax & delivery charge apply. Disposable warming dishes
are available for an additional charge.
DELIVERIES We deliver within Metro Phoenix and
most parts of the East and West Valley. Delivery charges can range anywhere from $15.00-$45.00 based on location. Outlying
areas incur higher delivery charges.

WHAT'S INCLUDED Our per-person price includes
quality disposable plates, flatware, napkins, and cups. Buffet equipment, buffet linens, and buffet decorations are also included
on full service events.
PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. Click HERE to make a payment online. Corporate and personal checks are also accepted. Please inquire if you would like to establish
direct billing privileges.
FULL SERVICE Set up as a self-serve buffet with
chafing dishes, buffet linen and regular serving utensils. Staffing, sales tax, and set-up fee are additional. Click

CANCELLATION All drop-off orders require a 24-hour
cancellation notice. Cancellations within the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the total invoice. All other events require
a minimum 72-hour notice or greater. Please refer to your proposal or invoice for exact terms.

ARRIVAL Our staff will arrive, unload and set-up
your order by the start time (eat time) that you provide us. Due to variable traffic conditions, drop-off lunch deliveries
are considered on time within fifteen minutes before or after the scheduled start time. For full service events, catering
staff will arrive approximately 1-2 hours prior to start time. Arrival time for full service events varies depending on drive
time and level of setup required.
